The ultimate (maybe) launch plan for WordPress sites

Many, many, many years ago whilst launching some WordPress sites I felt like I needed a better way of managing the numerous moving parts that come with launching a website. Combining that with my love of a fancy spreadsheet, I created a launch plan template that I’ve now used and refined on countless launches.

Following some lovely positive feedback from colleagues on the template I thought I’d share it with the world by doing a video on how I put a launch plan together:
